County treasurer's signature must be the only signature authorized on bank signature cards, deposit agreements, and other authorization documents for county fund accounts held in county depositaries

No other county official or employee may be authorized or required to be listed as a signer on county treasurer accounts, and depositaries must ensure compliance with this requirement

Other county officers may still maintain separate accounts specifically authorized by statute for their official duties

County commission retains authority under section 50.160 to request financial information, accounts, records, and documentation from the county treasurer

Amends section 110.240, RSMo, while preserving existing requirements that county treasurers may only draw checks when sufficient funds exist and that county money can only be paid via treasurer's checks
