Renames the "Second Amendment Preservation Act" to the "Pretti-Good Act" and expands protections from Second Amendment rights to also include Fourth Amendment protections against unreasonable searches and seizures

Prohibits Missouri public officers and employees from enforcing federal laws that regulate firearms, firearm accessories, or ammunition, or that allow law enforcement to use facial coverings or refuse to identify themselves and their authority

Requires all peace officers, law enforcement agents, and persons acting under color of law to clearly identify themselves and their authority in every public interaction, and prohibits them from wearing masks or facial coverings except in exigent circumstances

Imposes a $50,000 civil penalty per occurrence on political subdivisions or law enforcement agencies that employ officers who knowingly violate these provisions or deprive citizens of Second or Fourth Amendment rights

Prohibits political subdivisions from hiring individuals who previously enforced federal firearm regulations or facial covering requirements as federal employees, with a $50,000 penalty per such employee hired (exception for former Armed Forces members)
