Expands the Dual Credit and Dual Enrollment Scholarship to cover mileage expenses for students attending dual enrollment courses at locations other than their high school when transportation is not provided

Mileage reimbursement calculated by multiplying days attended, round-trip miles between student's residence and course location, and a rate of $0.37 per mile

Students or parents must maintain records of transportation to and from dual enrollment course locations, verified through attendance records or board policy

Reimbursements to students or parents are made quarterly

Eligibility requires U.S. citizenship or permanent residency, Missouri residency, minimum 2.5 GPA, and demonstrated economic need (free/reduced lunch eligibility, foster care/ward of state/homeless status, or receipt of SNAP/WIC/public housing assistance)
