Camps must notify parents if any portion of the facility is located within a 100-year flood plain and conduct mandatory safety orientations within 48 hours of each session beginning

Penalties for violations include Class C misdemeanor for first offense (up to $750 fine) and Class A misdemeanor for subsequent offenses (up to $2,000/day, maximum $10,000), with exemptions for camps operated by higher education institutions
