Repeals section 526.010 as enacted by SB 22 (103rd General Assembly) and SB 1211 (92nd General Assembly) and replaces with a consolidated new section

Retains authority for circuit judges and associate circuit judges to grant injunctions

Authorizes the Attorney General to appeal preliminary injunctions that prevent the state from implementing, enforcing, or effectuating provisions of the Missouri Constitution, Missouri statutes, or Missouri regulations

Removes the prior provision that specifically referenced "statewide officials" as protected parties, narrowing the language to only "the state"

Eliminates the retroactive provision that allowed the Attorney General to appeal preliminary injunctions existing prior to August 28, 2025
