Authorizes the governor to sell, transfer, and quitclaim all state interest in two separate parcels of state-owned property located in Springfield, Greene County, Missouri.

The first parcel is located in Block 5 of the Original Plat of Springfield, measuring approximately 43.8 feet by 103.2 feet near Olive Street and Baker Arcade.

The second parcel consists of multiple tracts in and around Lots 84 and 23 of the Original Plat of Springfield, totaling approximately 0.45 acres near East Walnut Street, St. Louis Street, and McDaniel Street.

The commissioner of administration shall set conveyance terms and conditions, including appraisal requirements, timing, and sale terms.

The attorney general must approve the form of the conveyance instrument before transfer.
