Repeals Section 302.063, which prohibited issuing driver's licenses to undocumented immigrants and refused to recognize licenses issued to such individuals by other states

Exempts non-REAL ID compliant noncommercial driver's licenses, nondriver's licenses, and instruction permits from requirements to prove lawful presence or citizenship

Prohibits the state from furnishing any driver's license information or data for purposes of immigration enforcement

Maintains existing requirements that non-citizens with lawful immigration status must present documentation demonstrating their lawful presence for each subsequent license application

Retains REAL ID compliant license options that require citizenship/lawful presence documentation for federal purposes such as domestic air travel and military base access
