Repeals existing Section 526.010 provisions that specifically allowed the Attorney General to appeal preliminary injunctions against the state or statewide officials regarding Missouri Constitution, statutes, or regulations

Removes the Attorney General's retroactive authority to appeal preliminary injunctions that existed prior to August 28, 2025

Establishes a broader appeal right allowing any party subject to a preliminary injunction by a circuit judge or associate circuit judge to appeal the grant of that injunction

Maintains that injunctions may be granted by either a circuit judge or an associate circuit judge
