Creates entertainment district special licenses allowing sale of intoxicating liquor by the drink from licensed establishments and portable bars until 1:30 a.m. Monday-Saturday and from 6:00 a.m. Sunday until 1:30 a.m. Monday

Applies only to counties bordering or containing a lake with at least 1,000 miles of shoreline, in cities with 4,400-4,900 inhabitants partially located in counties with 40,000-50,000 inhabitants

License fee set at $300 per year; patrons may leave licensed premises with alcoholic beverages and consume them in other licensed establishments and common areas within the district

Licensed establishments must serve alcoholic beverages in containers displaying the licensee's trade name, logo, or unique identifying mark

License holders are solely responsible for alcohol violations on their premises, portable bars, and common areas; local governing bodies may adopt ordinances for approval and enforcement of entertainment districts
