Requires all long-term care facilities licensed under Chapter 198, RSMo to maintain liability insurance covering death and personal injury of residents and guests

Insurance must cover negligent acts or omissions by the facility or its employees

Minimum coverage required: $1 million per occurrence and $3 million total annual aggregate

Adds new section 198.019 to Missouri Revised Statutes
