Adds sports officials to the list of "special victims" under Missouri criminal law (Section 565.002), providing enhanced protections when assaulted while performing duties or as a direct result of those duties

Sports officials covered include judges, linesmen, officials, referees, and umpires at all levels of competition

Requires sports officials to be trained and certified or registered by an organization engaged in educating, training, and certifying sports officials to qualify for protection

Joins existing special victim categories including law enforcement officers, emergency personnel, elderly persons, persons with disabilities, utility workers, and mass transit employees
