Increases the maximum number of full-time equivalent assistant physicians, physician assistants, and advanced practice registered nurses a collaborating physician may supervise from six to ten (or any combination thereof)

Repeals and reenacts sections 334.037, 334.104, and 334.735 RSMo governing collaborative practice arrangements between physicians and assistant physicians, advanced practice registered nurses, and physician assistants

Maintains existing exemptions from the supervision limit for hospital employees providing inpatient care, population-based public health services, and certified registered nurse anesthetists under anesthesiologist supervision

Preserves existing requirements for written collaborative practice arrangements, including chart review provisions (10% minimum every 14 days, 20% for controlled substance prescriptions), geographic proximity rules, and patient disclosure statements
