Expands the definition of "sanctuary policy" to include policies that intentionally inhibit federal immigration enforcement or prohibit construction/permitting of federal immigration detention facilities

Municipalities with sanctuary policies are ineligible for state grant funding until the policy is repealed or no longer in effect

Any state resident can file a complaint about a government entity's policies, and any General Assembly member can request an attorney general opinion on whether an entity violates this section

Governing bodies, sheriffs, and police chiefs must provide written notice to law enforcement officers of their duty to cooperate with state and federal agencies on immigration enforcement matters
