Amends Missouri's "life begins at conception" statute (Section 1.205) to explicitly exclude human embryos created through assisted reproductive technology, including IVF, prior to successful implantation in the uterus

Requires health benefit plans covering more than 25 employees that provide pregnancy-related benefits to include coverage for infertility diagnosis and treatment starting January 1, 2027

Mandates coverage for IVF, embryo transfer, artificial insemination, and medically necessary egg freezing for patients undergoing fertility-impairing treatments like chemotherapy

Limits IVF coverage to four completed oocyte retrievals, with two additional retrievals covered after each live birth, and requires procedures be performed at facilities meeting ACOG or ASRM standards

Exempts religious institutions and organizations from the infertility coverage mandate if the procedures violate their religious and moral teachings
