Extends the expiration date of Missouri's aviation jet fuel sales tax exemption from December 31, 2033 to December 31, 2043

Exemption applies to common carriers engaged in interstate air transportation of passengers and cargo after they pay $1.5 million in state sales and use taxes on jet fuel in a calendar year

Sales and use tax revenues from aviation jet fuel are deposited into the aviation trust fund, capped at $10 million per calendar year

Original exemption has been in effect since May 10, 1993; this bill adds 10 additional years to the program
