Guarantees the right to move freely in public spaces including sidewalks, public buildings, parks, and transportation

Ensures equal treatment by city and state agencies and access to emergency medical care

Provides a reasonable expectation of privacy for personal property equivalent to protections inside a home

Protects voting rights, access to identity documentation, and confidentiality of personal records from disclosure without legal authority
