Amends Section 301.472 RSMo to add the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL) and the Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA) to the list of professional sports leagues eligible for special license plates in Missouri

Vehicle owners pay a $35 annual emblem-use fee to the professional sports team plus a $15 fee to the Department of Revenue in addition to regular registration fees

Minimum of 100 applications required before the Department of Revenue will authorize production of plates for any specific team

Professional sports teams must forward contributions (less up to 5% for administration) to either the Jackson County Sports Authority or St. Louis Regional Convention and Visitors Commission for marketing purposes

Plates are available for non-commercial motor vehicles under 24,000 pounds gross weight, excluding apportioned vehicles
