Creates "Surviving Spouse" license plates available to surviving spouses of persons who qualified for disabled veteran license plates in Missouri

Plates will display "SURVIVING SPOUSE" in place of "SHOW-ME STATE" and "OF DISABLED VETERAN" at the bottom

Requires a $15 fee in addition to regular registration fees, with no additional personalization fee required

Eligible vehicles include any motor vehicle owned solely or jointly by the surviving spouse, excluding apportioned vehicles or commercial vehicles over 24,000 pounds gross weight

Plates are non-transferable except that a registered co-owner may continue using them for the remainder of the registration year if the qualified person dies
