Changes the committee's annual reporting requirement from quarterly reports to a single electronic report due by January 15th each year, submitted to House and Senate budget, appropriations, and judiciary committees

Creates new statutory definitions for court records including "case record," "confidential information," and "confidential record," specifying protected data such as full Social Security numbers, dates of birth, driver's license numbers, and financial account numbers

Simplifies confidential information filing requirements effective August 28, 2026, limiting restrictions on court documents to full Social Security numbers and full credit card/financial account numbers, while removing previously listed items like victim/witness information and motor vehicle operator license numbers

Repeals several outdated statutes including section 476.001 (purpose statement), section 561.031 (audio-visual court appearances), and section 476.1000 (mandatory electronic filing provisions that expired December 31, 2016)
