Repeals Section 34.600, RSMo, known as the "Anti-Discrimination Against Israel Act," which was enacted in 2020

Eliminates the requirement that companies contracting with Missouri public entities certify they are not engaged in boycotts of Israel or Israeli businesses

Removes the $100,000 contract threshold and 10-employee minimum that exempted smaller contracts and contractors from the certification requirement

Voids the provision that made non-compliant contracts void against public policy
