A county-issued license or permit for a mobile food unit (food truck) allows operation in all municipalities within that county, eliminating the need for separate city permits

Applies only to counties with populations between 700,000 and 800,000 inhabitants (currently St. Louis County in Missouri)

Municipal permitting requirements stricter than county requirements are void for mobile food units

Mobile food units are defined as vehicle-mounted food service establishments that return daily to a commissary for cleaning and service

Does not limit health or food sanitation regulations under Chapter 196 or other existing law
