Renames existing suicide prevention law the "Jason Flatt/Avery Reine Cantor Act" and requires suicide prevention training starting in the 2027-28 school year to include the Columbia Protocol (C-SSRS) suicide risk assessment tool and instruction on a new state virtual mental health resource tool

Requires the Missouri Department of Mental Health's children's office to develop and implement a virtual mental health resource tool by July 1, 2027, providing information, an online resource directory, screening questions, and assessment capabilities for individuals seeking mental health support

Creates "Brennan's Law" mandating mental health awareness training for all public school students in grades 5-8 before entering grade 9, beginning in the 2027-28 school year

Expands high school mental health instruction requirements starting in 2027-28 to include suicide awareness, information about the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, and tools for identifying potential suicide signs

Requires public and charter schools serving grades 7-12 to print the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline number and local police non-emergency number on student ID cards beginning July 1, 2025
