Expands railroad crossing safety laws to require drivers to stop for "any on-track equipment" in addition to railroad trains when signals are activated, gates are lowered, or equipment is visibly approaching

Requires vehicles to stop between 15 and 50 feet from the nearest rail when warning signals, crossing gates, flagmen, or visible on-track equipment indicate a hazard

Prohibits driving through, around, or under crossing gates when a train or any on-track equipment is approaching

Prohibits driving through crossings without sufficient space to clear completely or without adequate vehicle undercarriage clearance

Violations constitute a class C misdemeanor
