State departments must provide to the House Budget Committee and Senate Appropriations Committee, upon request, the total number and names of nonprofit corporations receiving department funding

Departments must share any IRS Form 990 documents for funded nonprofits that are in the department's possession

Annual data on the total number of individuals served by each funded nonprofit must be provided, including zip codes of those served

Copies of any memoranda of understanding between state departments and nonprofit corporations must be made available to the committees
