Violations constitute a breach of the Missouri Merchandising Practices Act (sections 407.005 to 407.145)

Attorney General has enforcement authority and may promulgate rules, with any rules adopted after August 28, 2026 subject to invalidation if related legislative review powers are held unconstitutional
