World Health Organization, United Nations, World Economic Forum, and other international organizations would have no jurisdiction in Missouri; their rules, regulations, fees, taxes, policies, or mandates cannot be enforced by state or local governments

Prohibits Missouri courts from applying Shari'a law or any foreign law that denies fundamental rights (due process, equal protection, freedom of religion/speech, marriage, child custody, property rights)

Contracts choosing Shari'a or foreign law, and judgments relying on such law, are void and unenforceable if they violate a party's fundamental rights

State courts, arbitration panels, and administrative agencies cannot transfer civil actions if the transfer would result in applying foreign law that violates fundamental rights

Exceptions provided for Missouri Supreme Court precedent, internal religious organization matters (clergy selection, doctrine interpretation), corporations voluntarily submitting to foreign law, and cases where federal law or treaties preempt state law
