Political subdivisions, municipalities, and local entities may prohibit the operation of fully autonomous vehicles, automated driving systems, or on-demand autonomous vehicle networks within their jurisdictions

Local governments may enact or maintain ordinances imposing taxes and fees specific to autonomous vehicle operations

Local entities may establish performance standards and other requirements specifically targeting autonomous vehicles and automated driving systems

Adds new section 301.4101 to Chapter 301 of Missouri Revised Statutes
