Designates a portion of State Highway 9 from Horizons Parkway north to Park College Entrance Drive in Platte County as "Firefighter Paramedic Graham J Hoffman Memorial Highway"

Requires the Missouri Department of Transportation to erect and maintain appropriate signs for the designated highway

All costs for signage will be paid by the Department of Transportation

Adds new section 227.906 to Chapter 227 of the Missouri Revised Statutes
