Requires nonprofit corporations organized under IRC Section 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(4), as well as nonprofits organized under Missouri state law, to use the federal E-Verify system when hiring employees for political purposes, political management, or political campaign activities.

First offense for failing to use E-Verify carries a civil penalty of $250 to $2,000 per employee; second offense ranges from $2,000 to $5,000 per employee; subsequent offenses range from $3,000 to $10,000 per day per employee.

If a nonprofit uses E-Verify, receives notification that an employee is not authorized to work in the United States, and continues employing that person, separate civil penalties apply under the same tiered fine structure.

Adds new section 355.910 to Chapter 355 of the Missouri Revised Statutes governing nonprofit corporations.
