Adds "domestic violence treatment court" as a new category of treatment court in Missouri, defined as a court focused on addressing substance use disorders or co-occurring disorders of defendants charged with criminal offenses involving domestic violence

Authorizes any circuit court to establish a domestic violence treatment court to provide an alternative judicial system option for disposing of cases stemming from substance use disorders or co-occurring disorders

Amends Section 478.001, RSMo by inserting the new domestic violence treatment court definition and renumbering existing definitions accordingly

Includes domestic violence treatment court in the list of specialized court divisions alongside adult treatment courts, DWI courts, family treatment courts, juvenile treatment courts, mental health treatment courts, and veterans treatment courts
