Pharmacy benefits managers are prohibited from requiring enrollees to switch to a different prescription drug if the enrollee has been taking that drug for more than one year and previously received coverage for it

Health carriers and health benefit plans must notify enrollees at least 30 days before removing any non-generic drugs from their prescription drug formulary

Notification of formulary changes must be provided electronically or in writing upon the enrollee's request

Amends Section 376.392, RSMo, adding formal definitions for "enrollee," "health benefit plan," "health carrier," and "pharmacy benefits manager" by reference to existing Missouri statutes
