Requires members of judicial nominating commissions appointed under Article V, Section 25(d) of the Missouri Constitution to file financial interest statements

Changes the filing officer for judges' financial interest statements from the clerk of the supreme court to the Missouri Ethics Commission

Adds loss of judicial retirement benefits as a penalty for judges who violate the prohibition on presiding over cases involving parties or attorneys who gave them something of value
