Partisan employees of the Missouri General Assembly with bachelor's degrees from accredited institutions would receive a 3% pay increase

Employees with master's or doctoral degrees would receive a 6% pay increase

Eligible positions include legislator assistants, policy directors, and chiefs of staff

Employees may only receive the increase for their highest degree held, not multiple increases

Pay increases are subject to appropriation by the legislature
