Increases the statewide court automation fund fee from $7 to $10, collected in all civil and criminal cases filed in Missouri circuit courts

Beginning January 1, 2027, the court automation fee will be adjusted annually for inflation based on the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers

Inflation adjustments will be rounded down to the nearest whole dollar and apply to cases filed on or after January 1st of each adjustment year

Repeals and replaces sections 488.012 and 488.027 of Missouri Revised Statutes governing court cost collection and disbursement
