Property owners disputing charges must pay 50% of towing costs directly to the towing company upon filing and deposit the remaining 50% with the court

If the court rules in favor of the towing company, the property owner must pay the remaining costs plus interest at the rate set by section 32.065

Property owners must remove their truck, trailer, cargo, and debris from towing company premises within 5 business days of depositing funds with the court or forfeit the deposited money to the towing company
