Amends Section 334.010, RSMo to add a statutory definition of "surgery" for purposes of unauthorized practice of medicine laws

Defines "surgery" to include structural alteration of the human body by incision or tissue destruction, localized tissue alteration using instruments (lasers, ultrasound, radiation, scalpels, probes, needles), and techniques involving cutting, burning, freezing, suturing, or chemical/electromagnetic means

Includes injection of diagnostic or therapeutic substances into body cavities, internal organs, joints, sensory organs, and the central nervous system within the definition of surgery

Exempts licensed nurses from the injection provision when administering subcutaneous, intramuscular, and intravenous injections as ordered by a physician and within their scope of practice

Retains existing exemptions for out-of-state physicians consulting with Missouri-licensed physicians, providing testimony, and traveling sports team medical staff
