Prohibits licensed psychologists, clinical social workers, professional counselors, and marital/family therapists from engaging in conversion therapy with minors

Defines conversion therapy as practices or treatments seeking to change a minor's sexual orientation or gender identity, including efforts to change behaviors, gender expressions, or eliminate same-gender attractions

Explicitly excludes from the definition: counseling that assists with gender transition, provides acceptance and support, facilitates identity exploration, or addresses unlawful conduct/unsafe sexual practices without seeking to change orientation or identity

Adds conversion therapy with minors as grounds for disciplinary action, including license refusal, censure, probation (up to 5 years), suspension (up to 3 years), or revocation

Amends five sections of Missouri statute (337.035, 337.330, 337.525, 337.630, 337.730) to apply the prohibition across all covered mental health licensing categories
