Prohibits Missouri state and local governments from using public funds, personnel, or facilities to assist federal civil immigration enforcement, and bars entering into immigration enforcement agreements with the federal government

Requires ICE agents operating in Missouri to visibly display identification showing their name or badge number and ICE affiliation, and prohibits wearing facial coverings that obscure identity (with exceptions for undercover operations, Special Response Teams, and safety equipment)

Mandates ICE agents present a valid judicial warrant signed by a judge before entering private residences or nonpublic areas of businesses, with violations subject to state trespass laws

Prohibits jail employees from disclosing offender release dates to ICE agents without a judicial warrant, with violations punishable by 30-day pay suspension and $5,000 fine

Establishes $25,000 civil penalty per violation for entities entering immigration enforcement agreements, and classifies willful violation of ICE identification requirements as a Class A misdemeanor
