Recognizes migrants' contributions to critical economic sectors including agriculture, construction, health care, food service, logistics, and technology, noting they contribute billions of dollars annually in taxes and consumer spending

Cites concerns that U.S. citizens and lawful residents have been wrongfully detained or harmed during ICE enforcement actions, and that fear of enforcement discourages crime reporting and access to medical care

Directs the Chief Clerk to send copies of the resolution to Missouri's Congressional delegation and Todd Lyons, the senior ICE official
