Expresses Missouri General Assembly support for TrumpRx, an online direct-purchasing platform announced September 30, 2025, designed to connect patients with lower prescription drug prices by bypassing supply chain middlemen.

Encourages the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to require health insurers and pharmacy benefits managers to count patient purchases made through TrumpRx and similar platforms toward deductibles and out-of-pocket maximums.

Requests the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services assess the GENEROUS Model (announced November 6, 2025 by CMS) and identify barriers to MO HealthNet participation in accessing federally negotiated supplemental drug rebates.

Urges health insurers and pharmacy benefits managers to voluntarily apply all patient-paid prescription drug costs from direct-purchasing platforms toward cost-sharing requirements.

Directs copies of the resolution be sent to the President, the U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services, and Missouri's Congressional delegation.
