Missouri House Concurrent Resolution 50 formally rejects the U.S. Supreme Court's 2015 Obergefell v. Hodges decision that legalized same-sex marriage nationwide.

Calls upon the U.S. Supreme Court to reverse Obergefell and restore the definition of marriage as exclusively between one man and one woman.

Asserts that marriage regulation is a state matter, citing Missouri's 2004 Amendment 2 where voters defined marriage as one man and one woman by approximately 71% to 29%.

Argues the Obergefell decision was illegitimate, claiming Justices Ginsburg and Kagan should have recused themselves under 28 U.S.C. Section 455 for previously officiating same-sex weddings.

Directs the Chief Clerk of the Missouri House of Representatives to prepare and transmit an inscribed copy of the resolution to the U.S. Supreme Court.
