Proposes a constitutional amendment to be submitted to Missouri voters in November 2026 modifying legislative term limits

Before December 5, 2030, maintains current limits of 8 years maximum in any one house and 16 years total in both houses combined

Beginning December 5, 2030, eliminates per-chamber limits and establishes a single 16-year lifetime limit for combined service in both houses, with all prior service counting toward the cap

Creates new leadership term limits: Speaker of the House limited to 3 terms, President Pro Tempore of the Senate limited to 2 terms

Service of less than 1 year (House) or 2 years (Senate) to complete another member's term does not count toward limits under the pre-2030 rules
