Proposes a constitutional amendment to appear on the November 2026 ballot modifying term limits for Missouri General Assembly members

Before December 5, 2030, current limits remain: maximum 8 years in any one house and 16 years total in both houses combined

Beginning December 5, 2030, establishes a single 16-year combined limit for service in both houses, with all prior service counting toward the cap

Limits the Speaker of the House to no more than two terms and the President Pro Tempore of the Senate to no more than one term

Eliminates the current per-chamber 8-year cap, allowing legislators to serve their full 16 years in one chamber if voters approve
