Proposes a constitutional amendment to be submitted to Missouri voters in November 2026 that modifies legislative term limits

Before December 5, 2030, maintains current limits of 8 years maximum in any one house and 16 years total across both houses of the General Assembly

Beginning December 5, 2030, eliminates per-chamber limits and establishes a single 16-year lifetime limit across both houses combined, with all prior legislative service counting toward the cap

Creates new leadership term limits: Speaker of the House limited to 3 terms and President Pro Tempore of the Senate limited to 2 terms

Partial terms of less than 1 year (House) or 2 years (Senate) served to complete another person's term would not count toward limits
