Proposes a constitutional amendment adding Section 40 to Article I of the Missouri Constitution prohibiting the state or any state instrumentality from denying or abridging equality of rights under the law on account of age

Grants the General Assembly authority to enforce the age discrimination prohibition through appropriate legislation

Would be submitted to Missouri voters at the general election in November 2026, or at a special election called by the governor
