Proposes a constitutional amendment to Article VI requiring metropolitan districts established under Section 30(a) to have elected board members representing six geographically drawn districts of equal population

Mandates the governing bodies of the city and county draw the six districts, with redistricting required following each decennial census

Requires the governing bodies of the city and county to set the length of terms for board members, effective at the first election after December 3, 2026

Would be submitted to Missouri voters at the general election in November 2026 or at a special election called by the governor
