Grants the Association of Missouri Electric Cooperatives permission to use the Missouri House Chamber on Thursday, July 16, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. for a mock legislative session

Youth participants will engage in mock legislative hearings and floor discussions of current bills as part of the Cooperative Youth Conference and Leadership Experience

Representative Rudy Veit or his designee must be present in the Chamber and assumes responsibility for the group's actions during the event

Participants must maintain appropriate decorum, dress appropriately, and refrain from food, drinks, and smoking on the House floor and lower gallery

Access restrictions prohibit use of the staff area behind the rostrum, dais equipment, group photographs, and hanging banners or items on Chamber surfaces
