Grants use of the House Chamber and House Hearing Rooms on November 20-21, 2026 for the Clark State Convention, with the same time schedule

Grants use of the House Chamber and House Hearing Rooms on December 4-5, 2026 for an additional Clark State Convention session

Representative Mackey or his designee must be present and assume responsibility for the group's actions during all events

Participants must follow conduct rules including appropriate dress, no food/drinks/smoking on the floor, and restricted access to the dais and staff areas
