Grants permission to use the Missouri House Chamber on Friday, April 17, 2026, from 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for the "Glory of Missouri" Awards ceremony

Awards recognize young people who exemplify virtues engraved in the House Chamber: Knowledge, Liberty, Equality, Law, Justice, Fraternity, Education, Progress, Honor, Truth, Virtue, Temperance, Enterprise, and Charity

Students from 14 Kansas City area schools will receive awards, including Guadalupe Center schools, Frontier School of Innovation campuses, Northeast High and Middle Schools, KIPP KC Legacy High School, and others

Representative Wick Thomas or designee must be present and assumes responsibility for the group's conduct during the event

Participants must follow decorum rules including appropriate dress, no food/drinks/smoking on House floor, and no access to restricted areas such as the staff area behind the rostrum
