Grants permission to use the Missouri House Chamber on Monday, April 20, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. for presenting "Glory of Missouri" Awards to students from schools in House District 68

Representative Kem Smith or her designee must be present and assumes responsibility for the group's actions during the event

The "Glory of Missouri" Award recognizes young people who exemplify virtues including Knowledge, Liberty, Equality, Law, Justice, Education, Progress, Honor, Truth, and Charity

Food, drinks, and smoking are prohibited on the House floor and lower gallery; participants must dress appropriately and maintain decorum

Group photographs, hanging banners, and use of equipment on the dais and rostrum area are prohibited; dais access is limited to the Speaker's podium for microphone use only
